We will discuss This is Your Brain on Music by Daniel J. Levitin, a book that looks on the effects of music on the physical brain and your emotions and well-being. Our February meeting will be Saturday, February 6th from 10 a.m. until 12 noon in the Fellowship Room at PACC (those wishing to meditate should come at 9:30.
