 Chancel Choir

The PACC Choir is a place to sing your heart out!  Our well-rehearsed choir breathes life into the text it sings with clear understanding and insight into the words and its meaning.  The texts can shape the faith of those who worship.  In order to fulfill this calling, our choir strives for excellence in all that it does. The choir becomes an important leader in worship, guiding the gathered assembly in prayer and praise through song.

While classical music and traditional hymns are favorites of both our congregation and our choir, other styles of music are often performed.  Our Music Director, Jeffrey Brody, is a gifted composer and the choir occasionally performs pieces he has specifically composed for worship services, such as an Amen, an anthem and a version of the Sanctus to be sung during Communion. In addition to services, the choir also performs in an annual Christmas Concert for the PACC Concert Series.  Listen to some recent performances of the choir at church.

The choir usually rehearses on Thursday evenings.  We welcome singers to our choir, you need not be a member of the congregation to join.  For more information, contact the church office.
