Downtown Abbey Tea – behind the scenes in the kitchen!
We had an excellent “staff” of workers, including “Mrs. Patmore” and her trusty helper “Daisy”, and many other maids helping to set the food out, clean dishes, refill milk and sugar, and generally stay nimble on their feet for the whole afternoon!

We had a variety of sweet and savory offerings -little tea sandwiches, hot nibbles and of course, something for your sweet tooth – lemon bars, fruit bars, Scottish shortbread!
