A Journey of Musical Stories: Duets, Solos, Songs & Arias by Classical to Contemporary Composers
CANCELLED – stay tuned for a reschedule date in the future
Sara Michale Smith, soprano; Leslie Jacobson Kaye, mezzo soprano; Nathan Johnson, piano
The emotion in the music and the performer’s interpretation add a great deal to stories told in and through song. This will certainly be the case for PACC’s June 6th concert with two prize-winning singers, soprano Sara Michale Smith, and mezzo soprano Leslie Jacobson Kaye. Both have performed with multiple opera companies as well as to acclaim in a wide range of other musical venues. Piano accompanist, Nathan Johnson, has been a guest soloist with orchestras in the U. S. and Europe, among his many other accomplishments.

Mr. Andrew Chukwuka Egbuchiem is an internationally acclaimed countertenor, with a recent performance at Carnegie Hall in New York. This recital journeys through a rich tapestry of vocal music — from the soaring drama of classical arias and the intimacy of art songs, to the heartfelt simplicity of folk melodies and the vibrant rhythms of African art music.
